Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery
Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery is a farm distillery, brewery, and restaurant located on a 100 acre former dairy farm in Ayr, Ontario. Our distillery launched in 2017, followed by the restaurant in 2018 and the brewery in 2019. We recently opened a pizza shop in Cambridge.
Our spirits program is built exclusively on Canadian grown grains, reflecting a commitment to sourcing local when we can. We also harvest honey from our own farm, which is featured in many of our spirits and ready to drink cocktails.
